- - This product uses Wi-Fi wireless communication method.
- - Please check if Wi-Fi is available in advance for stable connection.
- - When using networks that support both 2.4GHz and 5GHz, only 2.4GHz is supported.
- - Exchange or refund due to unstable network environment may not be possible or round-trip shipping costs may apply.
- - No separate smart hub is required as it uses Wi-Fi wireless communication method.
A/S Policy
- - Free quality warranty period is 1 year from purchase date, and for subscription purchases, communication modules are lifetime within the subscription period.
- - The start date of quality warranty is considered the date specified on the purchase receipt or purchase contract.
- - Free A/S is provided for problems caused by product defects, defects, or functional degradation occurring within the quality warranty period.
Cases where Free A/S is Limited
- - Performance defects and failures occurring after the quality warranty period has expired
- - Failures caused by consumer's intention or negligence
- - Failures due to power supply abnormalities or connection device defects

Exchange and Return Information

Cases where exchange and return are not possible
- - If product packaging is damaged during box opening, resulting in loss of product value
- - If product value is damaged due to breakage or loss caused by the customer's fault
- - If a significant amount of time has passed since the purchase date, and the product's value has significantly decreased
